The Moscow regional court has condemned according to the p. 4 of Art. 229.1 (smuggling of drugs in especially large size) the citizen of Tajikistan Sherali Tabarov.

Earlier official representative of the State Office of Public Prosecutor has said that the state charge for the first time in the history of Russia has suggested to sentence the drug dealer to lifelong imprisonment.
