Russia has invented electroplanes with vertical take off and landing.

Unique aircraft — electroplanes with vertical take off and landing — were developed by the private Russian company. Cars which promise to be maneuverable and economic will begin to test in three years.

The device calculated on transportation of four people will be able to move to range up to 100 km on one charging. It is supposed that the car capable to fly up and sit down on not equipped platforms will be interesting not only commercial to carriers, but also military.

According to the project manager, Mikhail Nuridzhanov, the main thing and the most important difference of the project from still undependable konvertoplanny scheme consists in use of two groups of electric motors. One will be responsible for a separation from the earth and ascent, and others — to provide flight in the horizontal plane.

Costs of operation of the developed electroplane will also be significantly lower, than on convertiplane or the helicopter also is comparable to motor transport, experts consider. In the long term this type of the aircraft can take away on itself a part of automobile traffic.

However, Russia isn't a pioneer in the field. Several projects of planes of vertical take off and landing are abroad developed. Developments, in particular, conduct giants develop Airbus and Boieng concerns.
